Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the saree is unworn, unwashed, and includes all original tags and packaging before the courier arrival.

  Pickup Arrangement

  Our logistics partner will schedule a convenient pickup from your delivery address within 48 hours of your request approval.

  Refund Processing

  Once the item passes our quality check at the warehouse, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
